The Responses take too long sometimes. Overall took too long to get the mortgage but the lender was also very slow. Otherwise good service.

Whilst I had some initial problems with the original product that was chosen (which sits with Clydesdale and not the MAB Team - which included a down valuation) I can’t fault the service that was provided. Paula immediately had a couple of alternative solutions which was put forward based on my original requirements/valuation and pleased to say an offer was presented fairly quickly from NatWest for exactny what I needed. So thank you MAB!
