Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Regional Network Partner in Scotland has restructured its senior team with the appointment of Kevin Gaughan as its new Managing Director.

As part of the changes, incumbent MD, Dominic Taddei, will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer, with Claire Taddei appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

Kevin brings vast experience in the industry, having previously held the role of National Sales Director at Countrywide Mortgage Services, where he led a UK-wide team of over 500 advisers. Prior to that, Kevin held a senior role at Slater Hogg and was also Head of Halifax for Intermediaries.

Speaking on his new role, Kevin said:

“Since joining, I have been impressed with the ambition and customer-focused attitude shown by every member of the team. We are leading the way with our technical innovation and operational processes, and I can’t wait to help drive the business forward alongside a talented senior team.”

Explaining the rationale behind the restructure, Dominic added:

“As we look forward to 2022 and the next chapter in our business, I felt the time was right to bring some fresh operational ideas. The changes will allow Claire and I the time to focus on further strategic opportunities, whilst continuing to work closely with Kevin and the wider management team. I wish Kevin all the best in his new role”.

The changes will take place prior to the start of 2022.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Regional Network Partner Scotland was founded by Dominic and Claire Taddei and has been in its current guise since February 2016.
