We are delighted to unveil Homes for Scotland refreshed website.

Produced by our dedicated marketing team for membership body Homes for Scotland, the new site delivers a fresh contemporary look that reflects the organisation’s ambition to communicate more effectively with stakeholders. The platform will also feature a brand new hub for members, which will significantly enhance usability.

Dominic Taddei, Managing Director at MAB Network Partner Scotland explains more: “We are thrilled to bring this project to fruition for Homes for Scotland. I am really proud of the way we were able to work so closely with their team to deliver on this brief. The site looks brilliant, but the most important development for me is the new Members Hub - which will make a huge difference to the way members access information. In designing it, we worked hard to put the user at the centre of the experience so they could interact with it more effectively.”

Jennifer Kennedy, Head of Public Affairs at Homes for Scotland, explains how the project came about: “Prior to lockdown we began the process of refreshing our new website. While this project was paused for obvious reasons, we were delighted to work in partnership with one of our members to deliver this. We also want to thank everyone who took the time to complete the members' survey as this helped influence the build of the website. The team at MAB Network Partner Scotland really grasped the brief and we are really happy with the outcome – we hope all members embrace the news tools on offer”.

The digital and design team at MAB Network Partner Scotland work hard to support partners and members with their communications activity, providing marketing support independent of their mortgage services – this creates a holistic approach which helps developers, and those in the supply chain, create leads, elevate their external communications, and access an alternative creative resource. With a team of digital developers, design specialists and strategists they spend a lot of time understanding user journeys and customer experiences.

Dominic is keen to showcase the additional support services his organisation offer, which can complement the work of many working in the property industry: “We have built a foundation based on providing the very best service levels to all our associates and partners. Key to this development has been the formation of specific business units within the organisation. Alongside our training, business development and recruitment departments, our Marketing & Communications team allows us to offer some fantastic added value services. This infrastructure really sets us apart from similar companies in the industry.”

Homes for Scotland is the voice of the home building industry in Scotland, representing some 200 companies and organisations together delivering the vast majority of all new homes built each year.
