Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Regional Network Partner in Scotland have expanded their senior team with the appointment of two new Directors.
Craig Morrison, Sales Director, and Dylan Kelly, Marketing & Communications Director both step up from previous posts in the company and will play a key role in the strategic direction of the business as they look to build on their position as one of Scotland’s leading mortgage and protection firms.
Craig brings a strong sales background and has been an integral part of the company’s growth during his six years with the firm. He is especially keen to capitalise on some of the successes he has helped deliver. He said: “We are recognised as the local leader in terms of providing mortgage and protection advice to clients and we enjoy an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent customer service. I’m really looking forward to building on our maturation and continuing to make a positive contribution to the growth of the business and helping customers on their mortgage journey.”
Dylan has been with the company for three years, following a background in sport and leisure. He is committed to putting introducers and customers first and talks about the focus he will be bringing to the role: “We are in a unique position to be able to offer a host of support services to introducers, including a dedicated marketing service that supports our partners and provides clients with an engaging customer experience. In the last two years, we have focussed heavily on improving our customers’ journey and I look forward to developing this even further. I am very lucky to work with some talented communications professionals and this appointment is a reflection of their dedication and hard work. I am very much looking forward to targeting additional improvements.”
