Due to our continued expansion, we're looking for a Finance and HR Executive to support and work alongside out Finance and HR Director. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks and effectively manage on-boarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records
  • Complete the weekly commissions statements and organise corresponding payments to Introducers and Network members.
  • Proactively manage all data records across the business in relation to HR and Finance
  • Prepare the monthly payroll
  • Review and process invoices; receivable and payable
  • Confidently handle HR and Finance queries in a timely manner
  • Minute taking
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
  • Any additional administrative support for the HR and Financial projects as requested by the Finance & HR Director

The Key Skills Required for the Position include:

  • Experience in a fast-paced financial or HR position (preferred)
  • Excellent accuracy with data input and attention to detail
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role based in Edinburgh city centre.
  • Hours of work will be between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday
  • £20,000- £25,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Preferred start date around April 2020

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
