Job Description

The role involves handling inquiries, completing medical questionnaires, providing advice and recommendations on insurance policies and then securing the business. It is essential that you have the ability to work to targets and build excellent relations with the internal teams and your fellow advisers.

We provide a genuine flow of leads and the successful candidate will need to have a fast-paced attitude to achieve success. 

You will be trained by an award-winning Training and Performance team, who will help you to realise your full potential and achieve success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You will be required to advise and arrange protection for our extensive client base
  • Manage stable, ongoing inquiries maintaining relationships with clients in order to secure sales
  • Complete medical questions to identify the client’s requirements and providing advice and recommendation in order to secure the business.
  • Continual development of sales skills and product knowledge
  • Ensure sales are conducted according to sales process and compliance requirements

Person Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferable, especially in Protection
  • Good written, oral communication and numeracy skills
  • Drive, ambition and self-motivation.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, good timekeeping and ability to control own diary
  • Be determined and committed to going the extra mile
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment
  • Experience of Microsoft suite of products, Word, Excel, etc.
