Rob and Scott were incredibly supportive and helped us navigate through the process of getting a mortgage in times of a pandemic. Ultimately, their diligence ensured we got our offer timely!

I thought they were excellent and being part of the Armed Forces Covenant I got the service for free which made it even better. The only gripe I have would be that, not enough contact while waiting for my mortgage offer, which you could put down to the recent global pandemic and people having to work from home.
