If you're looking for a mortgage, then you've come to the right place.

Whether you're a first-time buyer, remortgaging, moving home or looking for a buy to let, our knowledgeable, approachable and friendly local mortgage brokers are here to guide you through the process.

Your first consultation with us is free – stress free, money free, jargon free – sometimes this is unavoidable, but we’ll translate into normal speak as we go! This is when we start getting to know each other – you tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll do all we can to make it so.

When it comes to your financial life and circumstances there is no right or wrong, good or bad. It’s not a test – we only ever ask for information that helps us achieve your goals. Your mortgage broker will scour the thousands of mortgages that over 90 UK lenders make available, to find the right one for you and your unique situation.

With the onset of COVID-19 we decided that for the safety of all concerned we would embrace technology and have temporarily replaced our face-to-face meetings with virtual meetings. Whether you prefer a weekday or a weekend, a morning, afternoon or evening appointment – they’re available, and all from the comfort of your own home.

When restrictions are eased, we’ll meet you at your home or at our offices in Portsmouth Technopole, conveniently located by the Rudmore Roundabout, with easy access from the M275. We have ample free parking on-site.

We were keen to ensure we would have good quality and local advice and MAB were brilliant in providing these: really sensible and sound advice on our options, and got straight back to us when we had some questions not just on the specifics of the finances but on the wider process. There where a few complexities in our situation, which Luke and his team dealt with efficiently and easily, such that we progressed through the process remarkably quickly and yet with full confidence that we were not taking on any hidden risks. And thoroughly nice people, who made it a real pleasure to work with!
