Work life
I’ve been working as a Case Manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau in Portsmouth since September 2019. I work in administration and make sure that all the ‘I’s are dotted and all the ‘T’s are crossed at every stage of every process. I’m very methodical in my work and like to complete a task once I start it, however long it takes! If a job’s worth doing, I will do it well.
First job
I worked in a Florists for a really bad-tempered old lady and spent most of my time trying to make her laugh. She spent most of her time trying not to laugh. She won!
The best thing about your job
It’s a complete change from anything I’ve done before, and I get a great deal of satisfaction from seeing a client all the way through their mortgage application journey to completion. I feel appreciated and am part of a great team here.

Rest and Relaxation
I love gardening and spending time in my allotment. My favourite season is spring and seeing all the wonderful colours when the flowers bloom.
I walk every day and cycle when the weather’s right.
