Shan and Claire were extremely helpful throughout the process. Offering me advice and answering any questions I had in a constructive way. They've kept me updated throughout the whole process and we're really personable.

We found mortgage advise bureau through money saving expert and I they couldn't have been better. I had been wary of a using a broker due to fees etc but from our first contact with Neil Roberts the fees were definitely worth it. Neil listened to myself and my husband about our needs and concerns bringing together our profile. Once I sent our documents and ID through Neil did all the hardwork and we had a response within 48 hours, after the discussion of rates and payment schedules Neil put forward our application. From first discussion to mortgate offer was less than a week. But even after the application was submitted the support did not end. We were then given a representative called Emma Snowden who was also quick to respond and a meeting was set up to discuss/arrange insurance and protection with Faz Musa. What is great is that they are real people at the end of the phone who are supportive and efficient, cannot recommend them enough.
