We had a good informative meeting. Prior to the meeting we were made aware of all the info we needed to get together so the meeting was smooth. After the meeting we had good communication even though we had a long gap before we made our final decision. The follow up work has been good and we have the mortgage agreed in principal, and it now sits with the legal team so all going to plan.

Because we play by the book we want to tell you that…

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances.
The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.
