Mortgage Advice Bureau were excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly personable and made the whole process feel much less stressful. What really stood out was how much effort they put in to go above and beyond to find the best deal for my situation, rather than giving generic advice. They explained everything clearly, step by step, and made sure I understood each stage before moving on. Their advice felt genuinely tailored to my circumstances, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable. Faultless from start to finish. Wesley is super friendly and knowledgeable and definitely works with clients best interests at heart. Kate was our case manager and she was on the ball too. From initial conversation to mortgage offer took just over five weeks only which was a breath of fresh air after a previous experience the year before. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to everyone
