I highly recommend this service. This is the second time I have utilized their support, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Susan is a valuable asset to the team. She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating to my working hours. She made the process easy to understand and less stressful. The service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Graham my adviser. He took the time to explain everything to me. He understood my situation and needs and did everything to find the best deal available for me. Graham took the stress out of the mortgage process for me I cannot thank him enough. I thoroughly recommend both Graham and Kate. They both looked after me so well.
