A wonderful, personal service from Chris Jackson and Hayley Reynolds. They guided us through the process from an initial meeting to discuss our lending ability, through to the mortgage application and insurance arrangements. They were patient and understanding with all of our questions as first time buyers, going above and beyond to help us understand all of the costs and processes involved, including setting us up with solicitors. Additionally we had specific insurance needs which Chris was able to talk us through and arrange the best policies available to us. They were a great help, and we couldn't have done it without them. Thanks Chris and Hayley!
