We really didn't expect to mortgage offer based on our difficult personal circumstances, but thanks to Pip Singh, we did! I initially contacted Pip through a facebook group, expecting him to give us some tips on how we could be mortgage ready within a few years. Amazingly however, because he knows so much about the specialist mortgage market, he knew which lender to place us with and soon got us an Agreement in Principle. We then found a house, had the offer accepted, applied for the mortgage and astoundingly, after only a few short weeks we received our mortgage offer. We feel very grateful to him and also to Emma, who is not only brilliantly efficient with all the necessary documents and bits and pieces that our mortgage lender has asked for, but also deeply kind and supportive in her manner. We know we couldn't have got this mortgage without Pip's extensive knowledge of the lenders, but he and Emma have been readily available with advice and reassurance throughout this process too, which makes them a perfect choice for us, and undoubtedly for so many other people in our position.
