I have worked with both Neil and Holly throughout my experience so far, they have both been absolutely fantastic and have talked me through each step of the process. It is my first time buying and I originally spoke to Neil, he rang me within a few hours of my original enquiry and explained the process, pricing and all of my options. He gave me a few days to think about it but due to his friendly and helpful attitude, I called back the next day. I spoke to other agencies and they weren't comparable in service at all. Neil spoke to me nearly every day as the process got started and was always quick to reply to my questions. He found the best options for me and made sure I made the right decision for me. I was then introduced to Holly who has also been fantastic, she has replied to my questions and calls promptly and made me feel comfortable to ask any little questions.

My mortgage advisor Katie is absolutely brilliant, I have used Katie for a long time since I purchased my first house. I wouldn't use anybody else now I have used Katie. Would recommend her to anyone that is asking about mortgage advisors.
