We contacted MAB following a recommendation. We were allocated a financial representative, Jason. Jason is a lovely guy. We felt we'd known him a long time; he immediately made us feel at ease, explained everything well and with clarity, no confusing jargon used. He was very pro active at dealing with our case. He was like our best friend during our enquiries and application. Always available at the end of the phone. He will very firmly remain in our contacts for any future need for financial advice.

Really happy with the service received by Sam, very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us apply for our mortgage, although didn’t end up getting the best rate as was same time the war was going on in the Middle East so rates went up, just bad timing I guess. He is also setting up our life insurance etc so takes out the stress applying ourselves. Gives you honest opinions and good detail and keeps you up to date with everything.

Claire and her assistant Kayleigh have been incredible throughout my mortgage process. Claire guided me every step of the way, and even when small bumps came up, she was right there. She’s incredibly responsive, often replying the same day, and always supportive. Not only is she professional, but also warm and friendly truly amazing to work with! I highly recommend them.
