Skills and experience
Rachel is an Independent Non-Executive Director with more than three decades of experience across the financial services industry in both executive and non-executive roles.
She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Mansfield Building Society, and as a Non-Executive Member of the Phoenix Independent Governance Committees, covering the Phoenix, Standard Life and ReAssure brands.
Her executive career includes senior roles at HSBC First Direct and, more recently, Customer Experience Director at Coventry Building Society. Rachel brings broad expertise across strategy, marketing, digital transformation, risk management and cultural leadership, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
