Beth and Jess were fab! We initally had a mortgage in principle that expired when we couldn’t find a house we loved/offer accepted. When we found a house we loved and Beth worked hard to get us a MIP the same day so we could put an offer in. We were updated every step of the way and I felt able to ask any questions, replies were prompt and informative. I was given a rough timeline but whole process was so quick plus affordable! Beth gave informed recommendations but also listened to my opinions and concerns and found a mortgage which worked for this!
