He proactively reached out early to explore the market and secure the best current deal, and he promised to keep monitoring options through our renewal just in case something better comes up. He was non-judgmental and incredibly efficient, with quick turnaround that kept the process smooth and stress-free. Whilst Andrew Guest stayed in regular contacted with our new mortgage lender, keeping everything up to date so the process is seamless. We genuinely wouldn’t know how to navigate this without either of them. I highly recommend using the MAB for proactive guidance and support through the mortgage process.
