Very professional and knowledgeable team. Everything was explained clearly and in a straightforward way, making the whole process easy to understand. Communication was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses throughout. From the first phone call to receiving the mortgage offer, the entire process took under five weeks, even over the Christmas period. I felt well supported at every stage and would highly recommend their service.
