Proactive, always getting you the best deal, very informative, even if a better deal came up last minute, it would be done! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always on the ball. Anyone who wants the best, informed deal then they are the people to get it for you. If they cannot get it then it doesn’t exist.

Allan has been very helpful in redoing our expired mortgage. It required sign off by the two of us and I had to use a confirmed second email address and his efforts allowed me to answer the required queries, greatly reducing stress in that situation.
