Skills and experience
Nathan is the Chief Strategic Adviser to AIM-listed Mattioli Woods plc and brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in listed businesses, including 15 years as Chief Financial Officer of Mattioli Woods.
He has significant experience in growth strategy, M&A, capital allocation, financial oversight and risk management. His governance experience includes serving on the board of Custodian Property Income REIT and more than 10 years as Chair of MAB’s Audit Committee.
Earlier in his career, Nathan spent 15 years as a corporate finance adviser to public and private company boards. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
