Really great experience with my mortgage company, especially Alex GIBB and Zoe on the admin team. They were both super helpful, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel much less stressful than I expected. It felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to get the best outcome for us.
