We sought initial advice as pensioners what our options were regarding a mortgage because we were moving to a more expensive area. This enabled us to look at properties that were above our target price and enabled us to rapidly secure a purchase. An afternoon of some paperwork secured a decision in principle in a couple of days and a matter days later we had our mortgage offer. Excellent service all round.
