As first time buyers, we can’t thank Joel enough for all the help and support he gave us throughout the process. He truly went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel very smooth and manageable. Joel took the time to explain everything clearly and was always available when we had questions, keeping great communication with us through both phone calls and email. When we ran into a setback with our mortgage being declined after the valuation due to flood risk, Joel didn’t give up. He appealed the decision and successfully got it reversed, and we now have a mortgage offer which is currently with the solicitors. We also used the solicitors Joel recommended and they have been fantastic as well. The whole service has been excellent from start to finish. I genuinely can’t fault the experience and will absolutely be recommending Money Advice Bureau to friends and family.
