Work life
I found my work niche in financial services and qualified as a mortgage broker in 2015. In 2017 I started my own business, now proudly trading as Mortgage Advice Bureau. I absolutely love what I do! Most days begin with a run and/or a coffee to wake me up and start the day in a positive frame of mind. I believe the more you put into life the more you get out of it, and that’s the way I live and work.
Previous job
I worked in the fashion industry for a couple of years before finding my feet in financial services. It wasn’t for me. Chinos and a rugby are fashion enough! I previously worked for a well-known building society and national estate agency.
The best thing about your job
Building relationships with my clients and getting to know their stories. It’s really rewarding being able to guide them through the whole house buying journey. Seeing them safe in their new homes is always brilliant.

Rest and Relaxation
Running is my favourite exercise. I’m most comfortable running 10k+ distances. I’m pretty sociable, but as for many people, lockdown forced a change in lifestyle. I enjoy watching movies, but none have knocked a Few Good Men off the top of my list yet. I listen to music whenever I can, usually EDM or some of the greats like Elvis.
