The past 16 months have been a test for all of us, espicially those who rely on food banks.

Crawley Open House provides support and services for those suffering the effects of homelessness, unemployment, loneliness, discrimination, and other forms of social exclusion.

Since 2019, they have been struggling to provide adequate food for those who rely on the daily food parcels they supply and to keep the hostel kitchen running. They are having to spend quite a lot of their core budget just to keep it going.

We are gathering items to help restock Crawley Open House’s food bank and we need your help!

If you are able, we would really appreciate any donations you can provide. You are welcome to come and drop it off at our office where we will then take it to hostel on your behalf.

Things they are especially short of are:

  • tinned meat and fish
  • tinned fruit and veg
  • Bottles of squash
  • Long-life milk
  • Sugar
  • Pasta sauces
  • Jam/marmalade/honey

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us here.
