Salary: £20,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Due to continued growth & expansion we require a Customer Support Executive to work for one of our successful mortgage broker businesses in Willerby, Hull.

Highly motivated individual with great listening skills needed to manage, distribute, monitor, and book mortgage enquiries in our busy Willerby office. This exciting role is telephone based and you will join our existing friendly mortgage enquiry servicing team.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate well with clients, mortgage advisers and improve business levels by driving enquiries to positive outcomes. Excellent diary management skills are also essential along with basic EXCEL/Google Sheets.

A minimum of 1 year general Customer Services telephone experience is required. Financial Services / Mortgage experience beneficial, but not essential
