MAB have been great throughout the whole process, from my initial call with Jack to get my DIP arranged the morning I was completely my reservation to Rob and Charlie during the mortgage application process, everyone has been very helpful and friendly and have taken the time to make sure I understand the process and the advice given to me. They've made the entire process much smoother and I would highly recommend.

I have just finished a mortgage application with the MAB, but in particular Pip Singh. He was nothing short of amazing. Our circumstances were extremely complicated and Pip managed to place us with the right lender for our circumstances. He has been a huge help, and has held our hand every step of the way - very calm and collected and always finding a solution. Thanks Pip and the MAB for an excellent service.

The morgage advice bureau were amazing. I was in a tricky situation with regards to remortgaging my home. I had exhausted all other avenues and was ready to admit defeat and sell up. Special thanks has to go to Karen Shuttleworth for picking me up, dusting me off and reassuring me she would get the result I needed. Karen had me an offer within two weeks, despite some difficulties. She really did go the extra mile. Also special thanks to Joanne mcgregor, for overseeing the whole process and keeping me updated. I was also pointed in the right direction with the legal side of things by The mortgage advice bureau. It was all handled very quickly as we were on a deadline. I would 100% recommend their services to everyone.
