When I first contacted MAB, I was at a loss in getting a joint mortgage, from the start all staffs involved were friendly, polite and helpful, advising me every step of the way, then came my assigned advisor Jonathan Dytiche, he has been a such a star in advising and instructing me, making sure no unexpected delays popped up and giving me piece of mind when they did, he goes above and beyond for his clients and his assistant Andrew Guest has been wonderful, cheerful, polite and happily updating me whenever needed, keeping everyone involved on their toes.
I would highly recommend going through MAB as they make your life so much easier especially when your circumstances are a little tricky.

Really fantastic service. My husband and I are first time buyers, Frances our advisor was super responsive, walked us through everything step by step. I honestly can't imagine that we would have been able to obtain the mortgage we got at the rate that we got in the time that we got it without her help. The cost of the service is so reasonable as well, likely a fraction of what we would have spent had we tried to go on our own.

What an incredible experience! We dealt with Sharon as our broker and Clare as our Case Manager. Both Sharon and Clare were super responsive, really friendly and very quick in terms of their roles and communications.
We approached MAB as a first time buyer with no knowledge of the process at all. They made it really clear, gave good solid advise, clearly knew their business and helped us select the right mortgage for us. They took care of the whole process from start to finish and all we had to do was provide a few documents at the start.
