Carla and Kate were both really helpful, professional and friendly in helping me secure a mortgage. They explained everything really clearly and were always available for any questions. They kept me up to date with any progress and set out a clear timeline of when certain things would happen. Katie, has been an honest and keen to help mortgage broken. We came with a very urgent request – we had a lender decline our mortgage last minute – and she exceeded our expectations. I've had two mortgages organised by th same person (Amanda) at MAB. Firstly I like that the mortgage provider pays their fee to MAB so the service is free to use. That feeling is not passed onto the customer. Second, the service is very personal with amazing communication. I felt like I could email one contact about various mortgage questions over the years. I'm very grateful for the excellent experience.
