Very beneficial advice and put my mind at ease during what can be a stressful process. Friendly service and very valuable. Would definitely recommend.

Service was mostly amazing, our initial Contact Paul was impeccable, all levels of service was professional and thoroughly informed, however when passing on information to our mortgage offer-er, there was a secretarial error. Which caused us significant delays in getting approved. This was eventually resolved, and i'd like to hope this is not a common occurrence. It should be noted that this service was included by our housing developer and as such we got it for free. This will of course render our experience biased.

The service I received was absolutely spot on as usual. They were extremely professional & made it so easy to understand. The team were patient & will definitely use again in the future. Thanks again. Steve
