thoroughly first class experience. From our initial contact, which was then passed through two female employees, the whole process was explained clearly and they were very supportive. The two female employees came over like we were talking face to face. We could make contact at any time and always got a guick response.

Communication from the start was great. Everything explained in a way I understood and if not my advisor was able to say it in a different way that meant I could. Everything discussed over the phone is then noted and sent via email. Not only have I praise for the advisor themselves the admin team that sits behind it is just as important and also provided their duties exceptionally. Well done team.
