Everything from the moment of our first call to getting our mortgage application approved was seamless. They are honest and super efficient. You simply need to come clean and provide them with your genuine documentation. That’s it. I dealt with Tom Hill and he is such a supportive and patient mortgage advisor. An agent almost destroyed his image by misquoting Tom Hill at one point in time. I got “mad” but followed up with him. He then explained what he had told the agent which made me realise that the agent had clearly misinterpreted and misquoted this fine gentleman. I had actually consulted another mortgage advisor but upon reflection, I went back to Tom Hill. He patiently helped us and quickly got us our mortgage with Nationwide in a super fast fashion. I’ll always recommend the Mortgage Advice Bureau for being highly professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. Excellent job done.
