What does your role mean to a client?

I handle everything protection; ranging from processes we follow, to servicing and helping clients. Ultimately, I try help find the right protection first time round or review a clients current plan to find something for them.

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?

I was an exercise class personal trainer. Used to teach spin, circuit and aqua aerobics which could be quite daunting for an 18/19-year-old. Being able to interact with people, understand their needs, values and priorities is something which correlates with my current job and still impacts my daily life.

Do you have any pets?

Too many for my liking - I have been strong armed by my 7-year-old son. In total; 1 dog, 5 fish and 2 axolotls.

You just bought a new home? What room are you renovating first?

Bedroom. Always need somewhere to sleep comfortably. Kitchen would be a close second, need somewhere to eat.

What is your go-to meal after a long day?

I'm a sweet person so I love a Belgian waffle with fruit, granola and yogurt with a little bit of white chocolate chips. Sounds a bit odd but it’s delicious trust me.
