How long have you worked in the industry?
I have been with MAB for 1 year and have recently started a new role. I am now in the customer care team. This role is fairly new to me however I bring prior experience as I have worked in the mortgage industry, on and off, for some time. I find it very rewarding and my team are a great support!
What does your role mean to a client?
My role is to proactively contact existing customers as their fixed rate comes to an end. This can be an overwhelming part of their mortgage journey so it’s important they feel informed, supported and confident in the next steps. I focus on clear communication and help clients access professional advice from one of our amazing mortgage advisors.

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?
For me its the reviews we receive, I love seeing my colleagues get the recognition they deserve! We really are a great team and we all work hard at what we do, so knowing our customers feel supported throughout their mortgage journey is extremely rewarding.

Do you have any pets?
I have a yorkie called Tilly. She will be 10 this year and she is the light of my life. She has the sweetest temperament and loves a good belly rub.
You just bought a new home? What room are you renovating first?
I recently just bought my own place (with the help of MAB of course) and I ensured the property was ready to move into. No decoration needed, as I HATE DIY. Furnished to my liking and we were good to go. I love it, it’s my little safe haven.
What is your go-to meal after a long day?
Steak, cooked by me. The rarer the better!
