What does your role mean to a client?

I am a HR and Finance Executive, so I do not impact the client journey. However, creating a happy, positive working environment for staff is important in ensuring our staff deliver the best service.

Is there a specific client success story that brings you joy?

As I don't work close with clients there isn't anything that stands out. However, I enjoy reading our reviews and seeing just how many people we have supported n their journeys and how positive their experience has been. I think it reflects on what it is like to work here.

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?

Worked in a local bakery. It taught me to stay composed during busy periods and not let the stress get to me as this is when I am more likely to mess up.

Do you have any pets?

I have a 2-year-old grey cat, her name is Toby. She is the sweetest girl and loves to sit on top of doors and wardrobes and watch you.

You just bought a new home? What room are you renovating first?

Definitely the living room. It is the space you spend the most time and host in when people are round. It would be bright and airy with a big cosy couch and soft blankets. It would most likely be pink with a big cat tree for lil’ tobs. If I'm honest most rooms in my house will be pink and colourful. I am very anti minimalist and anti-plain.

What is your go-to meal after a long day?

Chicken fajita pasta or Chilli Chicken Ramen (even better if it is Wagamama), both filling and hearty and 2 of my favourite meals.
