My role is to manage the New Build Case Manager team, ensuring clients are receiving fast, high quality service and help the management team with data and statistics.

Is there a specific client success story that brings you joy?

I had a client who had been rejected by a previous broker but working with the advisor team we were able to get them a mortgage offer and moved into their first home in a matter of weeks.

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?

Paper boy - work ethic!
