How long have you worked in the industry?

I've worked in telephone-based roles for the past 10 years. Before moving to Scotland, I worked within business development and marketing, working with financial services clients for the past 6 years.

What does your role mean to a client?

 My role is to engage with our clients throughout their mortgage journey, obtain feedback surrounding the service and ensure that our clients have a positive experience. I also assist in booking in our clients to review their levels of protection, as well as reaching out ahead of fixed rate deals ending.

Is there a specific client success story that brings you joy?

For me, the generation of positive reviews is my high point! Specifically, this INCREDIBLE review received in December 2025:

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?

First job was Sales executive for Sports Direct in 2013! This was key in my development for customer care!

2 small, highly irritating Rabbits - John Lebron & Pumpkin. (Both girls and YES John LeBron is a girl)

You just bought a new home? What room are you renovating first?

As I purchased my first flat this year, the first focus for us was certainly the living room! By this I mean hanging pictures on the wall… the Mrs wouldn't allow me to DIY.

What is your go-to meal after a long day?

Lamb curry! As much as I can get!
