What does your role mean to a client?
I help our clients navigate the purchase of their brand-new property. Whether they are first-time buyers or home movers, I ensure clients get the best possible mortgage and protection products. I do this by carefully tailoring to their individual circumstances, goals, and future plans.
By working closely with lenders, developers, and solicitors, I keep the process smooth and stress-free, giving clients clarity, confidence, and excitement as they move into their new home.

Is there a specific client success story that brings you joy?
A client came to us feeling stressed and disappointed after their previous broker missed key deadlines by failing to secure a suitable mortgage for their New Build purchase, putting their reservation at risk.
We quickly stepped in, reviewed their circumstances in detail, sourced a better-suited mortgage and protection package, and worked proactively with the lender and developer to meet the tight exchange and completion deadlines. Not only did the client move into their new home on time, but we also saved them money on their monthly payments—turning a frustrating experience into a genuinely happy ending.
What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?
I worked in my dad's butcher shop whilst I was at school! My Dad was obsessed with customer service so that was engrained in me at an early age. He taught me that if you put yourself in the customers shoes, you'll rarely put a foot wrong.

You just bought a new home? What room are you renovating first?
Bedroom! You always need a good mattress and a good job. You'll spend 8 hours a day in one and 8 hours a day in the other.
What is your go-to meal after a long day?
Pasta - you can't go wrong with a good carbonara
