What does your role mean to a client?

As a Senior Case Manager my role involves the day-to-day management of the Operations team as well as working with the Glasgow team to ensure the best results for our clients.

Is there a specific client success story that brings you joy?

We had a client who was struggling to find a Mortgage due to the property building type. After 2 months of searching we managed to secure a mortgage for their home, and on their moving day they sent us pictures of them in their new dream home.

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?

I worked as a Manager at McDonalds. This has helped inform my management style & timekeeping in my current role.

You just bought a new home? What room are you renovating first?

It’s gotta be the living room. It’s where you'll spend most of your time awake & is where the guests will predominantly be staying.
