I have worked in financial services for just under 7 years

What does your role mean to a client?

I am a Mortgage Advisor, supporting clients through the process of securing a mortgage that suits their financial situation and long-term goals. This means I guide clients through every step of the mortgage journey, from understanding their options to submitting applications and liaising with lenders, ensuring the process is clear, efficient, and tailored to their needs.

I believe helping every client is a success story, helping them buy their dream home is very rewarding.

What was your first job? What did you learn that you still use today?

I worked at M&S as my first job this helped me with my customer service skills which is much needed being a mortgage advisor
