I am a first time buyer, and they guided me through everything in a clear way, highlighting each step of the process. I felt I understood the process more after each meeting, and their replies to my questions were very quick. I appreciate the time she put into helping me, and I would recommend her to anyone I know who needs the service. She listened my requirements and asked what I wanted which is importantly to me. Vickie has took me through the process thoroughly and made me aware of my options in what can sometimes be a daunting process for a first time buyer. It was clear from the beginning and our first mortgage appointment that Vickie is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in her field.
