I have to give the upmost praise to Tom and Lottie. My experience as a first time buyer was made so much simpler and stress-free as Tom and Lottie were so professional and friendly, going out of their way to advise and support me through my the purchase of my first home. MAB ltd secured me a mortgage that worked for my situation and brokered between the estate agents, mortgage lender and solicitors where required and were always available when I needed their help. I cannot honestly believe the service I received from both Katie and Charline at MAB. They were both absolutely fabulous. On multiple occasions Katie would touch base with me via phone or email beyond normal office hours and I could hear her typing away doing everything possible she could to allow me and my partner to buy our home. She made possible what we didn’t think was achievable and with such perseverance, efficiency and speed. I cannot thank you enough for the lengths you went to to help me.
