I'm primarily based in South Norfolk and provide mortgage and protection advice. I carry out both face-to-face and telephone advice from a range of offices. I've worked in the financial services industry for almost 10 years, starting with sub-prime lenders moving on to an advising role with NatWest & Royal Bank of Scotland, before switching to Mortgage Advice Bureau in November 2015. I pride myself on providing friendly and easy to understand advice and assistance to a wide range of clients across Norfolk and Suffolk, and by telephone to clients in Essex and Cambridgeshire. I take a common sense approach with lenders and particularly enjoy negotiating with lenders and insurers to find a solution when an application doesn’t necessarily meet strict criteria. I enjoy European city breaks, most recently going to the Christmas markets in Germany last December. I am currently renovating my own property which is a learning curve considering my lack of DIY skills before the project began! Although this takes up most of my spare time, I also enjoy playing sports, regularly participating in golf, badminton and tennis games when the weather allows.
