My mortgage adviser was James Barfoot and he made the experience of getting my first time home a jolly ride. I bought solo so I was quite skeptical at first because I had been told it will be hard but he was so reassuring. He paid such attention to detail, offered sound advise on how I could position myself financially and my prospects. He looked tirelessly until he eventually got me an amazing mortgage offer at an affordable rate. No question was too much or “silly” to him and trust I had many as a first time buyer. I am truly beyond grateful for how much he helped. He literally held my hands through it all. If all the workers at mortgage advice bureau are like James then you are truly in good hands. 10/10 recommend.

I don't know where to start. From first ever speaking to Emma to getting our mortgage offer accepted she has been amazing. Emma is so professional, always on the other end of the phone to help and has so much advise to give. There were times I felt down about not finding a house which Emma would find out about when checking in and she would always make you feel better. So far… questions answered in a responsive reasonable fashion, its not all quite complete yet but the information has been explained and understood in terms of amounts, figures and time.
