Thorough, helpful advice, though things got off to a rocky start - I began the process with one advisor, conducted a lengthy call to provide the details of my situation, and then never heard from them again. I learned a fortnight later that the advisor had left the business, and then had to go through the same lengthy conversation again with my new advisor. Thankfully, my new advisor was excellent. A little more contact at certain stages of the process would've been nice, but when I was contacted I was well advised and they were happy to explain anything I didn't understand.

The service I have received from Money Advice Bureau has been excellent. My mortgage advisor has been absolutely splendid and has worked exceptionally hard to get me a great mortgage product and has been more than helpful with all my questions (having never bought a house before) Would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for help and advice with mortgages.

Brian Hein and Shannen Richardson were amazing from start to finish! They literally fought our corner with the lender all the way and were extremely pro active in getting our mortgage offer for us. They keep you updated and well informed at every step. the 2nd time I've used mortgage advice bureau and have recommended friends and family in the past.
