International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. And here at MAB Crawley, we are a business which is owned and run by women: plus, our team of mortgage brokers are all women, except for one!

It is important to each of us that our clients can talk to us openly about any questions or concerns they have about mortgages and protection, and in this situation, we find being a woman can be an advantage. People often feel more comfortable telling us sensitive information than our male counterparts, and it’s this two-way conversation built on trust, understanding and expertise, that forms long lasting working relationships with our clients.
Due to the nature of the mortgage industry, we are able to shut down the idea that women must choose between their careers and our families. We can work flexibly and, with continual advancements in technology, from home when needed. We give the support needed to all our brokers to have both a successful career and family life!
We are proud to be paving the way for the women in our industry. Whilst the financial services have traditionally been dominated by men, we are challenging those stereotypes every day and embracing the move todays a more equal and inclusive world!
