Customer service representative

Catherine is a customer service representative. Whilst Catherine  mainly works on the Yorkshire Building society Agency desk, she does help the advisers on the mortgage advice bureau side with some admin tasks and will often speak to clients as part of our annual check in calls. Outside of work Catherine is busy being mum and nanny  and enjoys socialising with friends and family.
