The service and communication has been very good - whilst the process for us is far from finished Charlie & Brandon have been brilliant. They have provided great advice, communication and service. They have been open and flexible with answering question on the phone and via email (sometimes beyond usual working hours). They have left the door open for any future questions, help and support in our mortgage and house buying process even though the fee has already been paid. Many thanks, speak soon
