The service provided by Lee has been quite simply, outstanding. As a solo, first time buyer, the process in obtaining a mortgage felt a little overwhelming. However, at each touch point Lee has been honest, provided a personal service and explained things in simple terms to make it as understandable and stress free as possible. His advice has been balanced with acknowledgment to my needs and circumstances. He has remained open about any areas that needed my consideration before agreeing to the next stages of the process. He is very approachable and replied promptly to any queries I had, no matter how big or small. He has patiently explained any complicated terms and diligently worked though a particularly time consuming and complicated matter to do with my personal income situation on my behalf. His down to earth personality, extensive knowledge, patience and professionalism have made the lengthy journey in securing a mortgage much easier than I ever thought it could be.
