Our mortgage broker Nigel Trott went above and beyond when striving to secure us our mortgage application, based on our personal circumstances. Nigel provided an absolutely fantastic service and we were so impressed with his work. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. We met with him face to face and found his professionalism and friendly manner really outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and he did all he could to make the process as stress free as possible for us. He replied to all our queries in a very timely manner via email and telephone calls. He kept us up to date throughout the process. It is clear to see that Nigel is extremely passionate about what he does and has many years of experience to reflect that. We would have no hesitations in recommending his services to friends and family.
