-Service provided free as workplace benefit- I initially started this process on a whim, honestly doubting we were in a position to begin house hunting for our first home, I decided to give it a shot, and I’m really glad I did. The team got back to me remarkably quickly. After completing a few lifestyle and savings questionnaires, we had an initial consultation. Lo and behold, they confirmed we were ready to start our property search and provided a clear, realistic price bracket. From there, MAB arranged our Mortgage in Principle in the background and kept us consistently informed with weekly catch ups and milestone updates. Once we found the right property and had our offer accepted, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get everything across the finish line. Every single advisor and team member we spoke with was warm, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. I cannot recommend this service enough!

Ian and Katie were so incredibly helpful always responding in a timely manner. When I was concerned or had issues, they immediately suggested a phone call to help curb my worries around the process and best options in my situation. They always provided an appropriate amount of detail which made sure I was making a properly informed decision and not just rushing the entire process. Could not recommend them more.

Easy when talking to humans. Finding and uploading all the documents was a faff but obviously necessary. It was too easy to put the documents in to the wrong classification so it looked like documents were missing.
