Giles was an exceptional advisor. Helpful, knowledgable, efficient, and emotionally intelligent. Getting a mortgage was more challenging than anticipated, and there were unforseen delays, which added pressure to my situation- throughout I could not have had better service from him. He clearly cares about doing a good job, but also has an understanding of what its like to be under pressure to get a mortgage sorted, and when i had questions or needed updates ge went the extra mile to help me. I would reccommend him to anyone.

Very good experience overall but with a few delays. Communication was good and advisor was very friendly. Did seem to have to repeat supply of information due to having to apply more than once.
