The service we received was excellent! My partner and I are first time home buyers, and were uncertain of the various processes and procedures, the Mortgage Advice Bureau team were incredible, David who initially onboarded us, was helpful and informative from the outset, Jordan who administered most of the process was thorough and attentive and made sure we had an understanding of everything that was going on, and Erin supported the mortgage application so very effectively. At every point we were involved and informed - and the team made this process as simple as they could for us! We are greatly appreciative of the service we have received! and would recommend this team to anybody buying a new home!

Amanda made sure I understood everything at every step. MAB also helped me sort out my life cover and building & contents insurance. A fantastic, complete service. I've had two mortgages organised by th same person (Amanda) at MAB. Firstly I like that the mortgage provider pays their fee to MAB so the service is free to use. That feeling is not passed onto the customer. Second, the service is very personal with amazing communication. I felt like I could email one contact about various mortgage questions over the years. I'm very grateful for the excellent experience.
